The Bar One HR Portal website will ask you to provide us with the above-mentioned personal information along with a username and password. This username and password allows you to create a profile of information about yourself that you are consenting to Bar One to keep in our database. Your password that you create will be stored in a hashed format so that there is no way for anyone to access your password. This includes any administrative representatives at Bar One. Your password is strictly confidential.
If you do not use your username and password for a period of six (6) months, your account will then be archived. Anytime after your account has been archived you can log on to your account and our system will automatically re-activate your account.

At any time, you may be able to update your personal information by logging into your account. From here you can update your profile and change your personal information as many times as you like. You also may remove your personal information from our database by clicking on “delete profile”. All of your personal information will be removed from our database.

You can choose to use our “Send to a Friend” function for informing a friend about our site or a job posting. We will ask you only for the friend's email address. Bar One will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the site. Bar One uses this data for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and will not be saved in our database.
